Additional Terms for the Image Description Test

Your use of the Glite "Describe an Image" Test (the "Test") is governed by our Main General Terms of Service and these additional terms ("Addendum").

This Addendum is part of our General Terms of Service. By starting the Test, you agree to both documents. If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum will prevail regarding your use of the Test.

• Service Description. The Test is a free, experimental, browser-based feature that allows you to describe an image using your voice to receive AI-generated feedback and images.
• Application of General Terms. All provisions of the General Terms of Service apply fully to your use of the Test. This includes, without limitation, the assignment of all rights in your Activity Materials (your voice input and the AI outputs) to us as detailed in Section 4.2 of the General Terms.
• No Professional Assessment. Scores and feedback are generated automatically and are provided for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional or certified language assessment.
• Third-Party Services. The Test may rely on services from third parties (such as LiveKit, Deepgram, OpenAI, and Microsoft Azure) to function. Our General Terms govern our liability to you.
